1. When do I have to cancel my booking to get a refund?
If you request cancellation of the service at least 24 hours before the luggage collection time specified in the Booking confirmation, you shall be entitled to a full refund. Administrative costs will not be refunded. The Booking confirmation that Baggagement sends by e-mail to the user contains all the reservation details. It is the user’s responsibility to make sure its content is understood. Please allow up to 15 working days for your refund from the date of cancellation.
2. Can I cancel my booking on d-day?
You can cancel your booking on d-day. Although, for cancellations made in less than 24 hours before/ prior to the collection time, no refund will be made. Customers’ refunds are assessed on a case by case basis when d-day cancellations are caused by weather disruptions and strikes that affect ferry and airline operators.
